If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items within 14 days from date your parcel was delivered (noted on tracking) for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and restocking fee).
Refunds are credited back to the account used for purchase, after we have received the item(s) back in the same condition as you received them (such as and without any odors [such as perfume, smoke, etc.] or indications of having been altered or worn).
A 10% restocking fee is charged on all returns to defray the actual costs incurred in receiving, sanitizing, and processing the item(s) back into inventory. Customers assume return postage costs, using a secure, traceable, insured method. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
- Items discounted at 20% or more are priced for clearance and are non-returnable.
- Items identified as non-returnable in their descriptions.
- Clothing items.
- Items that have been altered, used, or worn after purchase.
- Items returned with odors (such as perfume, smoke, etc.).
