Large Collectible Nepalese Turquoise and Silver Necklace

This extraordinary large Silver, Coral, and 90% Silver Collectible Necklace was handcrafted in Nepal-Tibetan region of the Himalayas in the mid 1900’s or earlier. The large unusual center pendant was skillfully made of a large deep turquoise stone and red coral set in an elaborate silver setting. 

The tiered silver running border has wear patterns and traces of patina remaining. Spikes of sturdy wound silver rise like dragons' whiskers along either side. 9 beaded strands were restrung using the original turquoise, coral and silver beads. One-of-a-kind, collectible, wearable old Himalayan jewellery.
