Submitting Incorrect, Partial, or P.O. Shipping Addresses

If a customer enters an incorrect, partial, or P.O. shipping address when ordering, the customer assumes full responsibility for that order once it has been shipped by Tribal Muse, whether the parcel is received by the customer or not. If an undeliverable parcel is returned by the Post Office or Courier Service to Tribal Muse intact, the customer is issued a full refund for the items ordered, minus shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.

Please note: Before an order ships from Tribal Muse, you can usually change the shipping address if you notify us in time. The United States Postal Service (USPS) (www.usps.com), however, does not allow making additional instructions or changes to shipping addresses once a parcel has been turned over to them for shipment. United Parcel Service (UPS) www.ups.com is a private Courier Service and sometimes allows changes to shipping addresses after dispatch, but they charge an extra fee for this service, which the customer assumes.
