Old Afghan Baluchi Tribal Jewelry Necklace
This wonderful Afghan Baluchi (Balochi) Tribal Jewelry necklace has 3 large vintage blue-beaded rectangular pendants interspersed with old coins. They are all strung on a newer cord with a button clasp.
The pendants were handcrafted in the mid-1900's with a heaven-and-earth design on the center pendant. The intersecting lines symbolize the connection between what lies above and below, connecting them together with the color blue, which symbolizes spirituality.
Mild wear patterns and warm age patina remain after years of time. This necklace is in excellent condition, ready for wearing, dancing, and adding to your Afghan Baluchi tribal jewelry collection.

About the BALUCHI (BALOCH): According to the Halsey
Institute, the Baluchis are a sub-tribe of the Turkmen who migrated into the

in Balochistan located on the Persian plateau.
