Antique Turkmen Qarqin Tribe Gonjik handcrafted in the early 1900's of Coin Silver, Carnelian, Cowrie Shells, Thimbles and beads.  A "gonjik" is the name given to the the large square central pendant. A similar piece appears on page 679 in the book "The Jewelry from the Orient - Treasures from the Bir Collection."
