Tribal Muse ships Worldwide twice a week from Florida (USA) using the US Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS).  Shipping charges are calculated according to package size, weight, destination and service category requested. We use combined shipping and flat rate shipping whenever possible, and return any excess postage to the customer. 

Tracking: You will receive a separate email from either USPS or UPS with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Addresses: Tribal Muse cannot accept responsibility for orders that were submitted by customers with incorrect, partial, or P.O. addresses. Please be sure that the shipping address you enter is full and complete to avoid any potential disappointments and expense later.  

  

International Shipping...International buyers please read! Please be aware that customs officials may hold parcels for several days, sometimes several weeks before clearing them for delivery to you. Unfortunately, we have no control over customs offices, but you will receive tracking numbers so you check on your shipments progress. Please see the USPS  International Mail Manual to view any additional requirements or restrictions for your country. International buyers assume related customs and import charges. Customers assume return postage costs, using a secure, traceable, insured method. Sorry, we do not accept COD returns.
